At JT Music Merch, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your merchandise in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for updates on your return's journey back to us.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
